Aaron Kirman is a skilled negotiator: Over the course of his 25-year career, he has sold roughly $6 billion worth of real estate, making him the top agent in Los Angeles and one of the best in the nation.

Kirman is a top realtor who earns seven figures, yet there is a common assumption that all real estate brokers are wealthy. He predicts that the majority earn less than $50,000 annually, while a top producer will earn between $200,000 and $500,000.

Then there are a select few at the very, very, very top who earn more than a million dollars. The next rung up consists of large, mega brokers. I consider myself fortunate to be one of those.

Aaron and I spent the day seeing clients and looking at listings in some of the wealthiest areas of Los Angeles so that I could get a glimpse of what it’s like to be the top realtor in the City of Angels.

He frequently sells multi-million dollar homes, including one mansion that went for an astounding $65 million. In Listing Impossible, he assists obstinate homeowners in selling their expensive real estate.
