A buyer of a well-known Victorian home in New York State has fallen in love with tall antique glasses. The glass seems to have been made on the spot; it is the same size as the walls, and the frame is the same size as the pillars surrounding it. Again, the glass was so large that the customer said “he thinks he can’t go anywhere.”

And yet, when he bought the house and entered, the glass was gone. There were only holes left in the walls, and the rear walls were cracked and shiny where they were installed. The customer immediately called his representative, who told him that the glass was his and he was not passing through the house.

This condition occurs in one way or another. There are blue areas on properties when it comes to personal belongings. Some contracts specify what should be left to the new owner, while others are less precise.

Don’t assume that everyone you see on the site has a house. If you are considering buying a home and need something, talk right away. Write your request in writing so that no one is injured after the transaction.

Here are 5 things companies and buildings often overlook or cover-up, which can lead to conflicts.

1. Resources

Every market has a culture, so it’s important to work with a real estate agent who knows the good sides. Surprisingly, this is not uncommon for all basic appliances, such as refrigerators or washing machines, and household appliances. What’s worse, even if the electronic devices are connected, they may not be what you want.

For example, a buyer buys a house with high-end kitchen appliances. The real estate agent disclosed high-quality non-metallic materials in the real estate document. Although the agreement stated that “the equipment was included in the sale”, the buyers were surprised to see that the sellers took over the purchase of high-quality and high-quality products. This caused controversy and the seller had to return the equipment.

Lesson: Find out when you search if there are products common to your market. If you’re not sure, be sure to write it down – and confirm it. Make sure “available” tools are included or even available for end devices like the Bosch dishwasher and Wolf series.

2. Close the windows

If they probably had well-designed furniture in the room, no one would think that anything could fit there. These goods are your property again, and the seller may have no intention of releasing them, regardless of what the buyer appears to be doing. Always remember that personal items such as beds and furniture will not be given to the new owner.

4. Flat-screen TV and lifting machine

Typically, a retailer can have a tall TV on the stove or a wall such as an art gallery, wall to wall. As a result, televisions – which have long been considered homes – are starting to proliferate in homes and communications. But since the TV is your home’s story, buyers shouldn’t assume that a flat-screen TV, its own wires, or ties will be left behind after the sale.

5. Umukuka o Umukuka Tale

Equipment – in case of your exit doors, kitchen, bedroom, and bathroom, etc. – must be returned to their new owners. This is just an idea. These items remain attached and therefore should always be left with the tools.  At the height of the game scene, however, it is common for the customer to virtually remove the equipment and finish it at home without knowing it. This was the last time they had to save part of the house or make instant cash by selling these items on the side. If you’re thinking of buying a home first, just knowing it was sold “as is” means you’ll find the home.

Other times customers will say they want to save something or just don’t want to part with it. The customer’s name is divided to indicate the purchase of some of the customer’s items.

Tips for consumers

If you plan to bring something with you, write in all ads (print and online) so that there is no conflict with the customer about what is left and what is left. When a customer brings a gift, they can provide receipts for the item and its price.

Be as understanding as possible from the beginning. If you need something and want to make sure you stay, ask a representative when you open the house. If they tell you, write it down and write it down.
