Shivajinagar Metro

The Metro Project received an increase from the entire PMC team in 2018. Several changes have been made recently in terms of replacing the required project space as well as funding.

PUNE: The Pune Municipal Corporation (PMC) Standing Committee on Tuesday approved the land allocation for the Hinjewadi-Shivajinagar Metro (Corridor-3) project, which is being implemented by the Pune Metropolitan Regional Development Authority (PMRDA).

The Metro project grew from the entire PMC team in 2018. Some changes have been made recently in terms of land acquisition required and project prices. The court heard Tuesday that it had received a request for an examination.

The PMC will cover the cost of the acquisition, as part of a development plan (DP), anti-acquisition (FSI) / transfer rights development (TDR), or as provided under the Land Flow Act. The team will have an open opportunity on the project. PMRDA acquires land including as stated in the DP.

There is a 23.3km long drive, about 14km behind the PMC border
