Catalyst is offering more apartments to first-time customers at The Switch, the capital of Wimbledon, a one, two, and three-bedroom collection. Three-room prices start at £ 152,500 for a 25% share, which is 79% lower than the London average.

Currently, with more than 70% of the bookings, The Switch has 181 shared housing units and is part of the Galliard Homes joint venture, which will relocate 633 homes with a new sales area and lounge around the new 9,000-seat AFC Wimbledon Stadium.

To give The Switch more money, a Zoopla survey found that living in a new building could help save on electricity bills.

Alex Rose, CEO of Zoopla’s New Homes, says: “For potential buyers, buying an energy-efficient home can not only harm the environment but also lead to long-term cost savings. An analysis of our EPL data shows that homeowners, who bought a new home last year, saved an average of 52% on their annual energy price compared to a second home.

The Catalyst collection of one to three bedrooms is a great finish and all residents have access to the gardens from the podium gardens. The kitchens are equipped with bright gray designs, work stone, and mixed appliances, while the bathroom has oak lacquer tiles, mirrored cupboards, and tiles and walls. Choose from two or three-bedroom apartments on two floors, offering residents the widest possible accommodation in London apartments.

Residents can make the most of the abundant districts with several parks within walking distance, including Wimbledon Park, Wandle Meadow State Park, and Garratt Park. A powerful and traditional food event is a 20-minute walk from the Tooting Bec food market, which offers a wide range of delicious street food. Located near Wimbledon Art Studio, the custom studio offers state-of-the-art art space for over 200 artists and designers. Other Wimbledon exhibitions include more than 120 shops, numerous restaurants and pubs, four theaters, and the world-famous All England Tennis Club.

The development has the best transport links in the metropolitan area, with Earlsfield Station a 16-minute walk away, with direct services to London Waterloo in 16 minutes. Nearby Haydons Road Station is a 28-minute drive from Blackfriars, while Wimbledon Park and Tooting Broadway are a 20-minute walk away.

Housed in a popular family education center, residents can enjoy a variety of well-run schools, including Earlsfield Primary School and Garratt Park School.
