Rangeford Homes has appointed Willmott Dixon to complete the £ 43m construction of Homewood Grove; the new lifestyle faces an area of more than 60 people near Chertsey, Surrey. Located on a 4.7-acre brownfield camp outside the city, Homewood Grove will have 116 one, two, and three-bed houses, of 700 sq. Ft. up to 1,200 sq. ft. Lifestyle Construction is scheduled to be completed in Spring 2024 with the start of sales in early 2023 and followed by the first showroom open in Summer / Fall 2023.

The buildings will be energy efficient and will include state-of-the-art features such as underfloor heating, double glazed windows, and a fully electric power system to help reduce bills and reduce environmental impact. Points for charging an electric car, electric dam, and public transport will be available for residents.

Homewood Grove will provide doorman-style services, including personal, CQC, registered maintenance, and support services through Rangeford Care; The company is only committed to providing custom storage and support packages to all residents who may need help with daily chores such as dressing, washing, preparing food, housekeeping and even socializing.

Residents will also benefit from some modern amenities, including a comfortable living area (swimming pool, lounge, and sauna), gym, dance studio, bistro and bar/coffee/shop, member lounge, home and hair salon, and beauty salon. The community will have staff 24/7, and each house will be equipped with electronic slots to receive reports of activities and community clubs in the village and request relief.

As in the past, Rangeford Homes is funded by the Octopus Real Estate, part of the Octopus Group, and invests in healthcare facilities in the UK and Ireland, the program said. Once completed, Homewood Grove will be operated by Rangeford. The partnership established between Rangeford and the Octopus Real Estate has already led to the creation of three brothels across the UK: Wadswick Green in Wiltshire, Mickle Hill in North Yorkshire, and Siddington Park in Cirencester.
