Maharashtra for developing terms of trade agreement
Given the growing dispute between real estate developers and buyers, the Maharashtra Real Estate Regulatory Authority (MahaRera) has recommended measures to control the sale of contracts.
The Maharashtra Real Estate Regulatory Authority (MahaRera) is considering a change in the rules governing the sale of real estate between real estate and real estate. The Commission is convinced that an amended complaint will reduce complaints and disputes between the two parties.
Mahara has set up a high-tech committee to look into key concerns. On key issues, the committee discusses model contracts for commercial equipment with rental equipment, as well as book plans and illustrations.
Authorities noticed and heard complaints that non -compliance with trade agreements led to conflicts and, if necessary, changed the form of trade agreements.
Supreme Court adviser Prakash Rehire said: “MahaRera wants to include new paragraphs and written agreements. RERA has approved it. It’s controversial.”
