This fall, new residences in a development named Abingworth Fields in Thakeham are scheduled to go on sale.
On a plot of property off Abingworth Crescent, Bellway is developing a community of 75 homes. The project is expected to open in the fall.
The community of Abingworth Fields will have 26 affordable homes for low-cost rent or shared ownership in addition to 49 private sale residences, featuring a mix of two-bedroom flats and homes with two to five bedrooms.
Construction work began in the spring, and the developer is now preparing to construct a temporary sales office on-site so that interested buyers may phone the development to learn more about the properties available.
Bellway has been eager to interact with local community organizations ever since construction work got underway.
In addition to making a donation to the Thakeham Short Mat Bowls club, which is located across the street from the development, the home builder has helped Thakeham Pre-School by contributing money toward a new canopy.
Bellway is constructing Abingworth Fields in Thakeham as the third phase of a larger housing development.
Bellway South London’s Sales Director, Daniel Williamson, stated: “We are really pleased with the houses we have already delivered in Thakeham and look forward to furthering our contribution to the supply of much-needed new housing in the community.
Construction on this third phase of the development, which is part of our larger plan to create houses for the neighborhood, is moving along nicely.
As construction work progresses, we are eager to contribute to the neighborhood by helping deserving groups like the Thakeham Pre-School and our neighbors at the Thakeham Short Mat Bowls Club. The development is anticipated to appeal to a wide range of potential purchasers because of its efficient commuting connections, short travel times to central London, the South Coast, and Gatwick Airport, as well as the surrounding facilities in Storrington and Horsham.
“When our temporary sales office opens in the fall, potential buyers will be able to interact with our sales personnel directly, learn more about the variety of homes available, and personally see the development’s desirable location.”
