UP-RERA offers a nine-month subscription program

NEW DELHI: The Uttar Pradesh Real Estate Agency (UP-RERA) has decided to allow a further nine months for project registration, the first registration or renewal of which ended before 31 December 2021 in NCR and (UP-RERA) six months in non-NCR place.
Priority will be given to removing rigidities and speeding up road rehabilitation, as well as postponing construction work so that more such projects can manage their buildings on time.
The Agency will make an increase in the supervision of such projects and will be approved subject to certain conditions.
If the (UP-RERA) project expires on December 31, 2021, the developer is prompted to update the program immediately and complete the project at the time of writing.
Such an extension may be used by the project supplier who has a certificate that the project can be completed during this extension period and at the time of delivery funding or their foundations to complete the program.
