AHMEDABAD: On Tuesday, a local group sold a total of 8,060 square meters of Bodakdev square for 151.76 million dollars. This is the maximum level of a single project that AMC has been able to promote e.

As reported by AMC, Shrestha requested Rs 1.88 lakh per meter for the Bodakdev project and paid 24.18 lakh more than the actual price set by AMC for the entire project. “There were two representatives of this project,” said the director real estate manager and AMC.
“Business plans are for sale. In fact, there are 13 other shopping malls on July 1,”AMC said. “In these times of pain, if we want to raise real estate, smart marketing is important. Two of the 15 sites have been successfully sold and expect to get another 13 deals,” the AMC chief said.
Last year on Feb. 7, AMC intended to raise more than $ 700 million by selling five properties in the city. But it can only add 30 to 600 macro red at a time.
“On sale in February last year, we sold two properties, one in Solar Road and one in Nikol. The Sola Road project was sold to Avenue Supermarket, Thane, which operates under the name D-Mart, ”said the AMC architect. Avenue supermarkets charge 64.69 crores or Rs of 1.08 lakh per sq. M.
The Nikol scheme was sold to A V Manufacturer for 28.23 crores or Rs 77,700 per sq. M, as opposed to the original price of 20.75 crore or Rs 57,120 per sq. M.
Two projects were not sold to the missions on Friday.
The 13,222 sq. m project on Sindhu Bhavan Post Road – where commercial projects sold for between Rs 1.7 lakh and 2.5 lakhs per sq. m last year – did not receive forms.
